Custom Web/App Development

Build a business website, customer portal or web application with a clear plan for users, functionality, integrations and handover.

From the first wireframe to a useful working product.

Example interface

Wireframe to working product.

Illustrative design · not a client project

Who this is for

Businesses needing a tailored website, startup MVP, internal tool, or customer and staff portal.

Business owners, startup founders and operations teams with a specific workflow to improve.

Problems we can help address

An off-the-shelf tool does not fit your process.

→ Map the real tasks and design the interface around them.

Customers or staff need one place to complete tasks.

→ Create a scoped portal with clear journeys and agreed permissions.

Disconnected interfaces make information harder to manage.

→ Connect the permitted systems and give users a consistent view.

What this can look like

Customer and staff portals

Organize agreed account access, information and workflows in a purpose-built web interface.

  • Client account views
  • Document and request workflows
  • Role-based admin panels

Business applications

Support internal processes with forms, data views and role-based functionality.

  • Booking and scheduling flows
  • Inventory and operational dashboards
  • Forms and third-party integrations

MVPs and business websites

Prioritize the essential user journeys before expanding the product.

  • Startup web MVPs
  • Business and service websites
  • Scoped commerce journeys

Before we begin

How long does a custom web app take?

Timing depends on features, integrations, content and approval milestones. We estimate delivery after requirements and scope are agreed; no fixed timeline is promised here.

How much does a custom website or portal cost?

Design complexity, functionality, migration and operating requirements affect the estimate. Each engagement receives a custom quote based on the agreed scope.

Do I own the source code?

Ownership, third-party licensing and access to repositories are agreed in the contract. These terms should be clear before development begins.

Can you integrate with my existing tools?

We review the available APIs, permissions, data structures and account requirements. Supported integrations and any limitations are confirmed during scoping.

Will it work on mobile?

Responsive web layouts and key mobile journeys are included in the design and testing plan. This service covers web applications; native iOS and Android delivery is outside the current scope.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance after launch?

Hosting, maintenance and ongoing support can be scoped separately. We document deployment and agree responsibility for operation, updates and support.

Can you build an MVP for my startup?

Yes. We can scope an initial web release around essential user journeys, with later features identified separately. Priorities and acceptance criteria guide the first build.

Who supplies content and system access?

Your inputs include an approval owner, brand assets, content and the required system access. Sensitive credentials should use an appropriate secure handover route.
